About Đom Đóm
Đom Đóm Permaculture is a Permaculture project based in Hòa Bình, Northern Vietnam, dedicated to natural farming and regenerative agriculture. Founded by Henry Herbert and Vương Thùy Linh, we draw from permaculture, syntropic agroforestry, and traditional wisdom to restore soil health, grow nutrient-rich food, and inspire a deeper connection with the land.
Through our farm, education programs, and design & consultation services, we aim to support a more sustainable future for Vietnam’s food system, landscapes and communities.

Our farm
We run a 1.2 hectare fruit orchard in Hòa Bình, Northern Vietnam where we use 100% natural and organic inputs to grow delicious clean food in alignment with nature. We believe that we should practice what we preach, which is why we have spent years crafting a working model of a forest garden which can be adapted for other soils and climates in Vietnam.
